DIGITAL BILL OF RIGHTS

Article 1 - Control of User Content
All users should have access to edit and delete their content which they have created.

Article 2 - Freedom Of Speech
Everyone has the right to free expression but no hate speech will be tolerated.

Article 3 - Privacy
People have the right to privacy but where there is suspicion of criminal activity, all rights will be omitted.

Article 4 - Encryption
Users and businesses have the right to use strong encryption to protect their privacy.

Article 6 - Equality
All users are created equally on the internet.

Article 7 - Creativity
Digital citizens have the right to create on the internet.

Article 8 - Sharing
All users have the right to share their ideas, lawfully.

Article 9 - Consumer Rights
Online consumers have the same rights and fairness online as they would offline.

Article 10 - Enforcement Of Digital Rights
Users whose rights have been breached, has the right to complain to a competent authority.
