C2C:  Consumer to Consumer
It is a convenient way for consumers to buy and sell goods without getting into their cars, e.g. Ebay
C2B:  Consumer to Business
It is any individual who has something to offer a business, e.g. Photographer, blogger, etc
B2C:  Business to Consumer
It is when retail stores sand outlets sells goods or services directly to the consumer, e.g, HiFi Corporation

In January 2016, Penny Sparrow posted a racial slur on her Facebook account calling black people monkeys.  That post went viral in a matter of minutes and her inappropriate behaviour had consequences not only on her as an individual but on society as well.
